I called in need to get my AC recharged. Service Writer Tom was able to work me in and told me to come in. They took my Silverado in right away and subsequently found a leak the the condenser. Being early in the season they had the part in stock. It took a while longer than I had originally planned on being there, but kudos for finding the leak and fixing my AC. Tom kept me apprised throughout the process and even offered me a loner if I wanted to leave for llunch.I was also checked on by team members to see if I needed anything. I could not be more pleased with Nunnally Chevrolet. Another plus is their coffee machine, which is amazing. I have been trading with Nunnally Chevrolet for over 30 years for a reason.

Did a good job and fixed the problem, just took to long to resolve the problem, started before Christmas December 2025 fixed the middle of February 2026. Service was good on replacing broken parts, just a long time

There were some hiccups with the mileage not being reflected in the original papers which thank god for Michael from the sales staff who caught it and let us know. We were very cross at first about not being notified by the financing staff when we were negotiating the pricing in the second set of purchase papers. It made us feel like the dealership tried to pull wool over our eyes when it was not correct the first time, but it was resolved and the pricing made right. Aside from that the experience was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and made our time there painless.
