I have done business with Nunnally for many years primarily because of the people. I go all the way back to when George asked my son to umpire for one of his teams.I like the vehicles, but there are many good vehicles to choose from. The service department has been staffed with very good personnel in general. I would like to single out one person who stands out in his position. I hired many people over 32 years for the largest pharmaceutical company in the world during my career. Rick Ruth in the service department is the type of person that stands out among good people. There is technical knowledge that goes into a good employee and Rick knows his job. The most important factor in making a decision to hire though varies in prospects. PEOPLE DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE THEY LIKE. That is what makes customers repeat customers, and Rick makes you feel like a personal friend.

The people were great and the service was really good! BUT....that popcorn smell at 8AM was HORRIBLE! What made it even worse, they burned the popcorn. I usually stay while I am having an oil change. But with the popcorn early in the morning, not anymore. I can assure you, if I didn't have free oil changes, I would go somewhere else.

We bought our vehicle on Wednesday 8/27, a service emissions message came up on 8/28 and they were able to get our vehicle in next day. They had it a week and we haven’t had any issues since. They were quick to get it in, fixed the problem correctly, and we were on our way. My daughter and I were there 8-29-25 and I bought a new vehicle as a gift to her. Everyone was nice that day. When we were ready to leave it was obvious the vehicle had not been properly prepared for the customer. We were told by the sales rep that was because they didn't really believe we were coming back after lunch to buy the vehicle! Example: We did not realize until several days later there was no paper tag on the vehicle. She made at least 3 phone calls and told them what day and approx time she could be there to pick it up. She was promised the tag would be ready. It was not. She had to sit and wait on it. Apparently no one was embarrassed or cared that she had been driving her car around NW Ark with no legal tag. She was also taken to the financial office to go over information that I had spent a couple of hours taking care of the day of purchase. I was NOT happy. That should not have happened. They have my phone number! As of today, 9-9-25, there are still loose ends and incorrect information being dealt with. We have made phone calls to Nunnally's with questions/concerns and have not received return calls. 2 calls have been received from the sales rep but the messages we left were not for him. Otherwise, we have been completely ignored. It seems a customer gets all attention needed and questions answered while you are spending your money purchasing the vehicle. But then when it's all said and done with, the customer service ends and Nunnallys doesn't give you the time of day. I finally received a call yesterday but it was for information that Nunnallys needed regarding unsigned financial documents. But no return calls to myself or my daughter in reference to our calls. I am counting on the future service department experiences to be excellent for my daughter. If not, I will come visit. Thank you for your time reading about our experience at Nunnallys. My appointment for an oil change was at 11:00 and my car was not finished until almost 12:30. They told me they had a problem with scheduling and the automated system was double booking. They could have at least let me know ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership.
