Bentonville, Arkansas

For over 40 years, Gan Nunnally has been a trusted face and steadfast leader in the Bentonville community as Owner and General Manager of George Nunnally Chevrolet. A lifelong resident of Bentonville, Gan represents the third generation of his family’s commitment to exceptional service, community support, and business integrity — values that have defined the dealership since its founding in 1986.

A Legacy of Local Leadership

Gan joined the family business in 1986, immersing himself in every aspect of dealership operations — from sales and finance to customer service and team leadership. Over the decades, he has grown into a respected automotive executive who combines deep industry experience with a personal commitment to integrity, honesty, and excellent customer care. At the helm of George Nunnally Chevrolet, Gan has helped the dealership evolve into a modern, full-service facility that remains one of the most trusted in Northwest Arkansas.

Today, the dealership’s world-class facilities — including a modern, high-capacity service center — reflect both strategic investment and a deep understanding of local customers’ needs. The dealership is also recognized as a LEED-certified facility, highlighting environmental responsibility and operational excellence.

Industry Leadership & Professional Impact

Beyond his responsibilities at the dealership, Gan has earned respect among his peers through involvement in the Arkansas Automobile Dealers Association, where he has served in leadership roles and helped shape policy and support for the broader dealer community. His leadership has been acknowledged within industry circles, including recognition and nominations for honors such as TIME Dealer of the Year, which celebrate not just commercial success but service and community involvement.

Featured on Fireball Run — Adventure with Purpose

Gan’s spirit of adventure and commitment to meaningful causes led him to participate as a competitor on Fireball Run — a reality-style adventure series that was previously streamed on Amazon and other platforms. The show features teams of entrepreneurs, business leaders, and notable personalities traveling across the United States, solving clues and completing challenges, all while raising awareness for missing children through the “Race to Recover America’s Missing Children” campaign.

In the event, Gan represented Bentonville alongside teammate Kevin Yingst, using the platform not for competition alone but to highlight a crucial community cause: distributing information and awareness for missing children from the region, specifically on behalf of a child from nearby Springdale. As part of this effort, teams distribute thousands of posters and engage local communities to help spread awareness nationwide.

This experience reflects Gan’s belief that life and business should be about more than personal or professional goals — they should be opportunities to support others and drive positive impact, even on a national stage.

Deep Community Roots & Civic Engagement

Gan’s dedication to Bentonville extends well beyond business operations. He has long been engaged in civic leadership and community support, helping strengthen the region through strategic involvement and charitable partnerships.

He currently serves on the Board of the Bentonville History Museum, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich story of Bentonville’s past while inspiring future generations. His guidance supports the museum’s mission to educate, connect, and engage the community.

In earlier years, Gan and the dealership partnered with local organizations — such as the Bentonville Noon Rotary Club — on initiatives like “Wraps for Packs”, a seasonal event that raised food and funds for the Samaritan Community Center’s SnackPacks for Kids program, supporting nutrition and food security for local children.

His community involvement also includes support for NorthWest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) through family contributions that helped establish the George and Beth Nunnally Entrepreneurial Studies Institute, designed to equip students with business skills and real-world experience.

Championing Youth & Charitable Causes

Under Gan’s leadership, George Nunnally Chevrolet has been a steadfast supporter of youth and charitable causes across the region. The dealership proudly contributes to:

  • Youth sports programs — including support for Bentonville Youth Baseball and other local athletics that help build teamwork, confidence, and healthy lifestyles.

  • Scholarship programs that help local students pursue higher education and career pathways, reinforcing Gan’s belief in opportunity and lifelong learning.

  • Cancer support and awareness efforts, partnering with local nonprofits and events to raise funds and hope for families affected by illness.

  • Community health and service events where the dealership has provided donated services and resources, such as oil change vouchers or support for annual charity fundraisers.

These efforts reflect a core philosophy: that a successful business should also be a good neighbor — one that contributes to the well-being and opportunities of the community it serves.

A Personal Touch

Gan’s leadership is grounded in personal values — he believes that business success and community strength go hand in hand. His approach emphasizes long-term relationships, honesty, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Whether working with customers at the dealership, partnering with local nonprofits, supporting youth and educational initiatives, or competing on national platforms for meaningful causes, Gan strives to lead with purpose and heart.

A proud husband and father, Gan continues to invest in the future of Bentonville — helping ensure that the community he calls home remains vibrant, inclusive, and full of opportunity for all.
